Commitment to hand-made without relying on machines, with delicate flavours. The taste is full of elegance and flavour - It is a masterpiece that will make you smile.

"Genshu" means "undiluted sake. The majority of sake on the market is slightly diluted with the water used in brewing. Genshu is often characterized as being generally richer and/or more full-bodied.

TASTING NOTES

FOOD PAIRING

Akita Sake Komachi rice has elevated glucose levels, meaning much of the sake brewed with it leans toward the sweeter side. There is also often a spicy quality, alongside a whole fruit basket of tasting descriptors.
