Collection: Junmai Daiginjo

Junmai Daiginjo is usually the most premium sake and great for both new-comers and enthusiasts due to its sweet, smooth taste profile.

Daiginjo (大吟醸) requires precise brewing methods and is made from rice polished to 50% and below. 

Junmai daiginjo (純米大吟醸) is daiginjo that's also pure rice (no added alcohol). It is also brewed with extremely highly polished rice (to at least 50%) and even more labour intensive.

Junmai Daiginjo sake are usually served chilled to bring out their light, complex flavours and aroma.
