Special collab sake with award-winning brewery, Dainagawa. A new pasteurised version of the "Full Moon” label, which features the unique flavour of the edible rice "Akitakomachi" and a light, sour aftertaste, has been released! The mellow flavour of the low-temperature aging in the brewery has been added, and it has been released just when it is ready to drink.
This product is a Muroka Genshu, meaning it's unfiltered & no water added. It is also brewed in small batches and is limited in quantity.
Partnering with our brewers, this is the fourth of our Singapore sake label series (our first being the Pineapple HUAT label launched during CNY 2024, our second being the "Ryu-no Asobiba", directly translates to Dragon Playground, launched in April 2024, and our third being the Durian label aptly brewed with the KING of sake rice - Yamada Nishiki in July 2024). This sake was brought in to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival as gifts for some of our top corporate clients!
Enjoy a bottle with your family and friends or present it as gifts to your overseas friends! It will definitely spark many interesting conversations. Cheers!
