Special collab sake with award-winning brewery, Dainagawa. This Junmai Daiginjo is brewed by polishing Yamada Nishiki down to 45%, resulting in extra smooth, pure, and bold flavour, just like durian.

This sake does not contain durian. But then, why durian label? Yamada Nishiki is known as the "king of sake rice", while the durian is the "king of fruits". The bold and addictive flavour is similar to that of durian.

Enjoy it chilled or at room temperature, just like durian!

Snow country Akita, especially Yokote is a city with a lot of snow. Starting with the famous "Kamakura", the climate of the people living in this area and the culture has been nurtured with snow. Dainagawa is Yokote Bonchi at the foot of Mt. Horowa in the northwest of the land, the village of Shimotsuki Kagura that has been handed down since ancient times, It is located in Omori-cho, Yokote city. The clean water suitable for sake brewing in Dewa Hills is used as the brewing water, and it is brewed with the traditional Akita cold brewing method of Sannnai Toji.
