Special Singapore collab sake with award-winning brewery, Dainagawa. Instead of using only water for the shikomi-sui (water used for brewing sake), we used Junmai Daingijo Sake as well. This results in a sake with deep & delicious sweetness, reminiscent of our Singaporean childhood snack, gem biscuits. Black Koji is used to add refreshing acidity to balance the flavour.

We recommend it drinking as a post-meal sake (like dessert wines) or paring it with chocolate, shortcakes, cheese, chicken rice, and of course, gem biscuits.

ABOUT BREWERY

Snow country Akita, especially Yokote is a city with a lot of snow. Starting with the famous "Kamakura", the climate of the people living in this area and the culture has been nurtured with snow. Dainagawa is Yokote Bonchi at the foot of Mt. Horowa in the northwest of the land, the village of Shimotsuki Kagura that has been handed down since ancient times, It is located in Omori-cho, Yokote city. The clean water suitable for sake brewing in Dewa Hills is used as the brewing water, and it is brewed with the traditional Akita cold brewing method of Sannnai Toji.
