About This Sake

  • This junmai daiginjo is brewed with yeast extracted from Japanese flowers called "Nadeshiko". This flower has a beautiful pink color and is a symbol of kindness, gentleness, humbleness, respect, honesty, and faith.
  • It has a gorgeous fragrance reminiscent of flowers and a refreshing acidic aftertaste, and can be enjoyed at all occasions. We recommend chilling this sake in the refrigerator and drinking with a wine glass.

A small sake brewery located in Shiwa-cho, Shiwa-gun, Iwate Prefecture, which is known as the birthplace of Nanbu Toji. "Hiroki", which was born as a "sake that is widely appreciated by many people" as a dish that adds flowers to many drinking parties, including local festivals and celebrations, is still popular as a brand that represents our brewery. 

「南部杜氏発祥の里」として知られる岩手県紫波郡紫波町にある小さな小さな酒蔵です。地域・地元のお祭りや祝い事を始め、多くの酒席に花を添える一献として「廣く多くの人々に喜ばれる酒」として生まれた『廣喜』は、今でも当蔵を代表する銘柄として親しまれています。
